Ordering & Shipping
You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase, and we will get to work packing up your books! Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, but during busy times (like special edition launches), it might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience - good things (and gorgeous books) are worth the wait.
Yes! Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. International orders are shipped via GlobalPost, where available. Delivery times and tracking reliability may vary by country.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes even emails like to cause drama).
Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of many of our products, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Please check our Returns Policy for full details.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged or missing items. We will review the issue and do our best to set things right!
